When we receive your order form, we’ll email you within 48 hr an invoice with payment option details of BAC transfer and PAYPAL
Paypal payment can be made using your credit or debit card. We are not set up to take your payment over the phone.

Processing - your order will be processed once we receive your payment, it will be dispatched within 1-3 working days* if we’ve already made project delivery to your school, otherwise, your order will be delivered at similar timing as your school delivery schedule. We’ll also email you an Order Confirmation / Receipt, follow by a Dispatch Notice.

Christmas Cards* - school Christmas cards are delivered to all the schools at the latest set period of 1st week in Dec; you will receive your direct order at similar time if you have made payment by Nov 23.
If your school have made special arrangement for an earlier project delivery, or if we have managed to complete project delivery to your school well before our set period, your direct order may still arrive at the latest 1st week in Dec during this busy period.

If you’d like to receive your order sooner, you can choose our Queue Jumper option @ £4.00
your order will be dispatched in 1-3 working days regardless of the circumstance.

Delivery - depending on your order size, we may use a courier with delivery in 1-5 working days 9:00-19:00 hr or we may use Royal Mail via 2nd Class 2-3 days or Standard Parcel 2-5 days.

Our up-graded p&p - is a non-guaranteed next day delivery that can take up to 2 days or working days. We’ll up-grade any RM 2nd class to 1st class, RM Standard Parcel to either RM 1st Class or a courier with working day delivery 9:00-19:00 hr; all delivery methods may require a signature.

Sending Replacement Art - if you’re not pleased with the 1st attempt

Please follow our instructions correctly; your art must reach us by the ‘Latest Payment Date’ printed on your Order Form.
This additional service will incur £3 processing fee, payment should be made on your School Order Form
Minimum order is 1 pack, no sample card given

Before your start your art or print template . . .
Please review the following key information first: Picture Quality, Media Guidelines, Art Guidelines

Download a pdf template here, or ask your Project Coordinator
Copy the Art Reference details ( smallest box on template ) from original art to your new art template
In addition to step 2, write in the box the following information: ‘REPLACEMENT ART’, your contact email + telephone
Make your art and ensure it arrives by the ‘Latest Payment Date’
Place your order as usual using the Order Form you already have and record the product code of your sample card; you can place it anytime, even before you start the art. When we receive your order + fee + art, your old art files will be deleted and replaced.

To avoid disappointment and to reduce admin work for us and your Project Coordinator, please ensure to notify us by phone or email if you suspect your Replacement Art may be subjected to delayed arrival. Failure to notify us timely may result in us processing your original art as your order.

This is the quickest method - Scan art @ 300 dpi, best quality j-peg or pdf

Title your email to avoid it going to JUNK, failure to do so may result in production delay or us printing your original art as your order.

Ensure to pay sufficient postage, Royal Mail prices are strictly based on weight + dimension

We charge £10 for Insufficient Funds because we will have to physically go to the depot to retrieve your packet; this may also cause production delay, which means if we can’t deliver your goods with the rest of the project order, you will also have to pay for additional p&p. In this event, we will notify you of all additional fees; until we receive your payment, you will not receive your order but we are unable to refund the order payment you’ve already made via your project coordinator.
